SARAJEVO, JULY 9 /SRNA/ - Head of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Sanja Vulić, told SRNA that Branislav Borenović has once again proven that he is not fit to hold the position of deputy, let alone the position of Serb member of the Advisory Board of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, as he is leading a personal, obsessive campaign against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik.
Vulić said that while the people are seeking unity and determination in defending the constitutional order and the interests of Republika Srpska, Borenović is conducting a personal, obsessive campaign against Dodik, the president whom the people of Srpska clearly and loudly elected.
"Instead of acting as a responsible Serb and representative of his people by seeking explanations as to how and why the judicial institutions of BiH are carrying out the orders of the illegitimate Christian Schmidt, Borenović is preoccupying the Prosecutor’s Office with the question of why the detention of the president of Republika Srpska was lifted," Vulić stated, adding that this is shameful.
According to her, the fact that Borenović is not bothered by Schmidt undermining the Constitution, laws, and jurisdictions, but is only bothered by Dodik, reveals Borenović’s true political goal, which is to weaken Republika Srpska, weaken the Serb political factor, and fulfill the agenda of those who have long sought the disappearance of Srpska as a constitutional entity.
Vulić said that the people need to clearly see who is truly fighting for the interests of Republika Srpska and who is serving foreign centres of power and using the judiciary as a tool for political elimination.
She has emphasized that the time will come when the question will be raised about who participated, and in what way, in attempts to remove the legally elected president of Republika Srpska from the political arena - not by the will of the people, but by the will of foreign embassies and their loyal servants.
"Branislav Borenović, your politics and ideology are pitiful if your only mission is to topple Milorad Dodik. Remember, the people of Republika Srpska remember and do not forget!" Vulić stated.
At today’s session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, which was not attended by SNSD representatives and their coalition partners, a proposal was added to the agenda after the Extended Advisory Board meeting, requesting a report from the BiH Prosecutor’s Office regarding its actions in the investigation against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, for the alleged attack on the constitutional order.
The proposal was submitted by the Anti-Corruption Commission, of which Borenović is also a member.
