SUPPORT TO INITIATIVE OF THE SRPSKA PRESIDENT ON REMOVAL OF CUSTOMS ON GOODS FROM AMERICA

EAST SARAJEVO, APRIL 3 /SRNA/ - The Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations in the Council of Ministers, Staša Košarac, supported the initiative of the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, to remove customs duties on imports of products from the USA.

"I fully support President Dodik's initiative to abolish customs duties on the import of products from the USA. It is an adequate measure so that we can advocate the conclusion of a free trade agreement with the USA in negotiations on a bilateral basis," Košarac posted on the social network X.

The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik said that on behalf of Srpska, together with the Serb member and chairperson of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović, he is launching an initiative to abolish all taxes and customs duties on goods coming from America and to reduce them to zero.
