SRPSKA KNOWS HOW TO CONDUCT POLITICS, WHILE SARAJEVO’S REACTIONS SHOW THEIR FRUSTRATION

BRATUNAC, JULY 5 /SRNA/ – The Serb member and Chairwoman of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, states she is proud that Republika Srpska knows how to conduct politics, and pointed out that the reactions of Bosniak politicians from Sarajevo to the Court of BiH’s decision regarding Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik reveal their deep frustration.

Commenting on the reactions of Bosniak politicians to yesterday’s ruling by the Court of BiH, which lifted Dodik’s detention order and canceled the arrest warrant, Cvijanović emphasized that this reflects the sadness and trauma of BiH.

According to her, this represents BiH’s misfortune, which prevents it from breathing freely and moving bravely toward the future, forcing it instead to wallow in the mud, showing, as she put it, terrible frustration.

"For them, the state means only putting Milorad Dodik in prison, abolishing Republika Srpska, and silencing us from speaking about these victims today. For them, the state exists to pamper them while we are constantly attacked. But these things are changing," Cvijanović told the press in Bratunac.

Cvijanović stressed that, despite everything, Serbs do not hate anyone, and announced that there would be many good things ahead in the future.

She added that today, as the 33rd anniversary is marked of what she referred to as the Muslim crime against Serbs in central Podrinje and Birač, a day of mourning, she does not wish to speak in detail about the Republika Srpska opposition and reactions to the Court’s decision.
