SERBIA HAS EVERY RIGHT TO PREVENT BEĆIROVIĆ'S INTENT TO UNITARIZE BiH

SARAJEVO, APRIL 28 /SRNA/ - SNSD Member of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Milorad Kojić, told SRNA that a member of the Presidency of BiH, Denis Bećirović, is attempting to implement the unitarization of BiH, which undermines the Dayton Peace Agreement, and that Serbia, as a guarantor, has the right to point out the necessity of reaction.

Kojić emphasized that Bećirović is deliberately distorting the facts, adding that Serbia has the right to highlight certain anomalies occurring and to react in situations where there is an attempt to undermine the Dayton Peace Agreement.

"It is obvious that Bećirović does not know that Serbia is a guarantor of the Dayton Peace Agreement for BiH and has every right to engage in matters related to the status of all peoples in BiH and the implementation of this agreement," said Kojić.

According to him, by distorting facts and accusing Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, Bećirović is completely ignoring what the Dayton Peace Agreement entails.

"This is the policy that Bosniak politicians are implementing because neither the Dayton Agreement nor the Constitution of BiH means anything to them. Their main thesis is what was outlined in Alija's declaration from the 1990s, which is a unitary BiH," said Kojić.

He emphasized that the Serbian people will never allow this and that it is important for the guarantors of the Dayton Peace Agreement to not allow this, while avoiding interference in the internal affairs of BiH.

After Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said yesterday that Republika Srpska was under attack, Bećirović responded, claiming that the Serbian president "has no jurisdiction whatsoever and is not authorized to speak about any attack on BiH or any of its parts."
