LETTER TO EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT FULL OF FALSEHOODS AND FALSIFICATIONS

SARAJEVO, MARCH 26 /SRNA/ - A letter federal members of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly sent to the European Parliament is nothing more than an obscure political pamphlet, full of falsehoods and falsifications, said the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac.

Košarac emphasized that this is the stance of Sarajevo, not a harmonized position of the House of Representatives.

He assessed that it is incredibly hypocritical for these MPs to cite the Dayton Agreement and the Constitution, while at the same time applauding the legal violence and the abuse carried out by the colonial administrator Christian Schmidt, supporting the political persecutions carried out by unconstitutional and non-Dayton institutions at the state level.

Košarac has said that federal MPs continuously spread falsehoods, vying for a little attention from both the small electorate and the international community, and that, following their usual practice, they cry and whine in front of foreigners, clumsily concealing the facts and the essence of the problem.

"The facts are undeniable and do not succumb to political pamphlets and Schmidt's dictates, by which political Sarajevo acts exclusively and unconditionally," Košarac wrote on Instagram.

Košarac says that the fact is that there is a constitutional and political crisis in BiH, not a security crisis, as federal MPs have claimed.

According to him, the main cause of the political and constitutional crisis is the anti-constitutional and anti-Dayton actions of Schmidt, who imposes decisions and laws without any right to do so.

"The above-mentioned MPs did not find it appropriate to inform the European Parliament about this," said Košarac.

Košarac said that they are political weaklings who do not dare to oppose foreigners, even when they completely devastate the country whose independence and sovereignty they swear by.

"If they are for the Constitution and the Dayton Agreement, why then do they oppose the efforts of Republika Srpska to return to the jurisdictions stipulated by the Constitution and the Dayton Agreement? Who are they lying to and fooling?! They are not, nor have they ever been, for Dayton. They are for the unitarization and centralization of BiH, and they are trying to achieve their goal through the process of deconstitutionalizing the Serb and Croatian peoples," said Košarac.

He says that this will not happen and that BiH will not be shaped to suit only them, as it is a state union composed of two entities and three constituent peoples.

"Either they will respect Republika Srpska and its positions, or they will have to continue mourning for BiH," concluded Košarac.
