KOJIĆ: SERB "TROIKA" UNDER THE CONTROL OF BOSNIAK POLITICS, WILLING TO VIOLATE THE CONSTITUTION FOR POWER

EAST SARAJEVO, JUNE 24 /SRNA/ - Member of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Milorad Kojić, states that it is evident the Serb "Troika," in cooperation with the Bosniak political bloc, does not hesitate to violate the Constitution of BiH in order to secure positions in the Council of Ministers.

"We can see that the Serb `Troika,` together with the Bosniaks, even breaching the Constitution when it comes to amending laws and procedures in the Council of Ministers, is using any means necessary to seize offices and positions," Kojić told SRNA.

He particularly pointed to what he called the absurd request sent to the Official Gazette of BiH to publish conclusions which, according to him, have no legally binding power.

"The goal of that move is to try to establish a basis for appointing Nebojša Vukanović to the position of minister of security, which is a textbook case of unconstitutional, unlawful, and legally unfounded conduct," Kojić emphasized.

According to him, such behaviour reflects a political hunger and a willingness to accommodate Bosniak political demands at the expense of the constitutional position of Republika Srpska.

"The Republika Srpska opposition is under the direct influence of the Bosniak `Troika` and Bosniak politicians. They are ready to make concessions and give up Republika Srpska's competences just to gain power. Their readiness to violate the Constitution and all legal regulations proves this best," Kojić said.
