SREBRENICA, JUNE 13 /SRNA/ – Any verdict by the Appellate Panel of the unconstitutional Court of BiH other than acquittal for the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, would be the most direct blow to the Serb people and to Srpska, and would once again prove that this kind of BiH is dysfunctional and has no place for Serbs, said Branimir Kojić, president of the Organization of Families of Captured and Killed Soldiers and Missing Civilians of Srebrenica.

He stated that it would not surprise him if the unconstitutional Court of BiH issued its final ruling against President Dodik and acting director of the Official Gazette of Srpska Miloš Lukić a day or two before July 11, when the commemoration in Potočari is to be held.

Kojić explained this by noting that the Appellate Panel has one month to make its decision and it convened on June 12 — exactly one month before the Potočari commemoration.

"Just like the former High Representative Valentin Inzko imposed the law on genocide denial in July 2021, just days after the commemoration in Potočari. Now the man who imagines himself to be the High Representative plans to condemn Srpska just to get a spot in the front row at the funeral, since he's doing everything he can to influence the unconstitutional Court of BiH," Kojić told SRNA.

Given who judges and passes sentences on Serbs at the unconstitutional Court of BiH, Kojić said it's clear that justice cannot be expected, because wartime cadres are still doing today what they did during the war.

"Serbs are being convicted for defending their children, parents, ancestral land, and the Constitution of Republika Srpska, as well as for loudly speaking the truth and stating legally proven facts," Kojić said.

He pointed out that the defense's request to recuse Judge Hilmo Vučinić, a "wartime qadi," was swiftly rejected, which shows that wartime personnel are desirable because they hand down verdicts against Serbs more easily.

"The unconstitutional Court of BiH is merely a tool used by Christian Schmidt, the Sarajevo political clique, and Western embassies to either push for a unitary BiH or to bring obedient figures to power, because they cannot accept the fact that Serbs choose their own leadership," said Kojić.

He expressed doubt that the "qadis from the mahalas" will come to their senses and begin acting in accordance with the law, as they lack a conscience and are eager to prove themselves to their mentors.
