KARAN: BiH HAS NO PROPERTY; IT BELONGS TO ENTITIES

TESLIĆ, NOVEMBER 9 /SRNA/ – BiH has not got the property, the Dayton Peace Agreement and numerous of its annexes explicitly recognise the property of the entities, said Siniša Karan, professor of constitutional law.

"The best proof of this is the annex concerning the inter-entity boundary line, which defines the border and the property as such, accepted by the entities as owners," Karan told the press.

He added that succession is a different matter, the best example of which is the privatization law that clearly demonstrated that property belongs exclusively to Republika Srpska.
