JELIĆ: SRPSKA PRESIDENT CASE STAGED SHOW INITIATED BY MURPHY AND SCHMIDT, TO BE FINISHED BY THE BRITISH AND THE OPPOSITION

BANJALUKA, MAY 28 /SRNA/ - The entire case against Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik before the unconstitutional Court of BiH, which operates under the orders of the false High Representative Christian Schmidt, is a staged political performance orchestrated by the Biden administration and its enforcer Michael Murphy to carry out a plan to bring obedient and suitable Serbs from the opposition to power, said Petar Jelić, a SNSD deputy of the Srpska National Assembly.

"The judges of this so-called court have refused to respect the laws and the Constitution of BiH, instead succumbed to threats, blackmail, and Schmidt’s orders. Schmidt has placed himself above the rule of law as the supreme authority in BiH, thereby undermining both BiH and its institutions," Jelić told SRNA.

He has stated that there is talk today about the start of a second-instance proceeding, although it is clear to everyone that this entire process has nothing to do with law or legal procedure. He emphasized that one cannot expect a fair ruling from the so-called Appellate Council, whose composition speaks volumes about the process itself.

"Simultaneously with the announcements of a second-instance proceeding, there is an active media campaign, both domestic and foreign – especially from British media – that try to dress up repeatedly told lies as exclusive new information, despite the obvious fact that these are lies and fabrications aimed at demonizing the president of Republika Srpska, who represents the Serb people and the entity itself," said Jelić.

Reacting to an article in the British Guardian, which gave space to Igor Crnadak – who said, "the only mystery is whether Dodik will accept the verdict and leave his office in the presidential palace" – Jelić told that the article clearly shows who is trying to impose representatives on the Serbs in BiH.

"It’s not surprising that Igor Crnadak gets a platform in those media alongside Schmidt, who caused the biggest crisis in BiH. One of them wrote a law aimed at eliminating the most significant Serb politician of today – a nightmare for the British who want to control everything here – and the other is someone who has promised for years to do everything that is asked of him, proudly boasting about his blind obedience," Jelić emphasized.

He has warned that caution is needed regarding the British, who have serious plans to pick up where Biden left off and assume the role of the "main sheriff."

"We know they won’t stop, but we also know that we won’t allow Republika Srpska to be ruled by Britain, by the deceitful Schmidt, and by his loyal followers and domestic traitors from the opposition. They have invested all available resources to reshape BiH in the image they’ve envisioned, but they’ve forgotten one key fact: the world today is no longer the same as when Biden’s administration could dictate processes and impose rules," Jelić said.

He has stressed that the only solution to the crisis in BiH is to annul Schmidt’s blunders and that those who genuinely care for BiH should support that, because as long as the unconstitutional Court of BiH operates outside the Constitution and legal framework, BiH cannot function.

“The messages from today’s America, headed by Donald Trump, are a great encouragement to everyone in BiH. As we’ve said many times before – BiH needs an agreement among local representatives, and that is all we are asking for. It is unacceptable that in the 21st century, one man can impose laws and dismantle a country’s institutions and its sovereignty. Likewise, it is unacceptable that in a country that sees itself as sovereign, a court exists that rules based on laws imposed by an unappointed foreigner instead of those passed by parliament.

The Bosniaks need to understand this. If BiH stalls, it means the Bosniaks are also going nowhere. If they want progress for their people, they must agree to dialogue and compromise, because that is the only path forward for BiH. Anything else is an adventure whose outcome no one can predict," Jelić concluded.
