GRATITUDE TO CHINA FOR ITS BALANCED POSITION TOWARDS BiH

SARAJEVO, APRIL 8 /SRNA/ - During a meeting with the Special Representative of the China-CEE Cooperation Mechanism, Jiang Yu, the Serbian member and Chairwoman of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović expressed gratitude for China's principled and balanced position towards BiH, focused on the consistent respect for the Dayton Peace Agreement and international law in general.

Cvijanović informed Jiang Yu about the current challenges facing BiH, which are of a political rather than a security nature, and emphasized that domestic institutions at all levels of government must take full responsibility for all processes in BiH, without foreign interference.

The interlocutors expressed their commitment to further strengthening the very good bilateral relations and improving the successful economic cooperation, which is particularly intense in Republika Srpska, says a press release from the BiH Presidency.
