BANJA LUKA, JANUARY 11 /SRNA/ – SNSD leader Milorad Dodik told SRNA that the Muslim political elite and its media satellites are panically hoping for the defeat of Donald Trump and Viktor Orban in this year’s elections, over being aware that without foreign mentors they lose the only weapon they have - major powers’ pressure on Republika Srpska and the Serb people with the aim of creating a unitary BiH.
"Trump and Orbán are symbols of a world in which peoples decide their own fate, not embassies, non-governmental organisations, and political commissars from Brussels. For Sarajevo, this is a nightmare, because without international tutors they can no longer wage war against Republika Srpska through courts, sanctions, political pressure, and blackmail," Dodik emphasized.
Asked by SRNA to comment on the daily campaign being conducted by Sarajevo’s political and media scenes openly promoting and hoping for the political downfall of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban and Republican Donald Trump in this year’s elections in Hungary and the United States, Dodik said that a dirty campaign is already being waged against Trump and Orbán, not because they care about democracy, as that word does not exist for them, but because they need a world in which foreign centres of power can hand down political verdicts, impose laws, and spread false narratives about the Serbs and Republika Srpska.
He said that Sarajevo’s political and media circles openly hope for the defeat of Trump and Orbán because they are leaders who do not accept the dictates of Brussels power centres, nor allow their states to be turned into colonies of globalist structures.
"Bosniak Sarajevo’s hatred toward Trump and Orbán is not ideological, but deeply political. They know that a victory of Trump’s Republicans and Viktor Orbán would mean the strengthening of sovereign states, the end of policies of blackmail, imposition, and tutorship, and the return of a world in which the will of the people is respected, not the orders of bureaucrats and ambassadors.
Sarajevo does not want a world in which officials elected by the people make decisions. They need chaos, instability, and constant pressure from major powers in order to try, through international mechanisms, to break Republika Srpska and turn BiH into a centralized, unitary state tailored to their measure," the SNSD leader stated.
That is why, Dodik says, Trump and Orban are portrayed in Sarajevo as a “danger,” when in fact they are a danger only to those who are accustomed to building their politics on others’ instructions and others’ power.
"Their defeat would mean a victory for a policy of violence against Republika Srpska. Their victory would mean the end of an era in which Sarajevo rules with the help of international power rather than the will of the people. Their victory would mean the end of tutorship over BiH and the end of pressure on Republika Srpska, which is why Sarajevo wants them defeated, and precisely why official Sarajevo fears Trump and Orban more than anyone else," the SNSD leader concluded.
