DODIK: EXISTENCE OF HIGH REPRESENTATIVE - NEGATION OF BiH

BANJA LUKA, JUNE 3 /SRNA/ - President of the SNSD Milorad Dodik told SRNA that he does not expect anything from the session of the so-called Peace Implementation Council /PIC/, which is supposed to discuss the appointment of a new high representative in BiH.

Dodik said that, in essence, the high representative, his existence and work, represent negation of BiH.

"That position is possible only in accordance to the Dayton authorizations. Since that has not existed for a long time and is no longer there, it is necessary to abolish the position of the high representative, because with that, the OHR also disappears, which, among other things, brought BiH into an impossible situation. I believe that BiH should not survive if it has a high representative," pointed out Dodik.

According to him, no one can say that Republika Srpska did not try to create a sustainable model of BiH before.

"But who could we do that with, liars like Christian Schmidt and others? Therefore, they cannot direct us from the aspect of international administration how we should live here. Who are they? Let them deal with their own problems and don't spread misconceptions and illusions," Dodik emphasized.

Dodik repeated that Peace Implementation Council /PIC/ has no authority and is not a place where decisions are made on anything.

"PIC is just a farce and a usurper of freedom, rights and the Constitution of BiH. With its work, it has destroyed the constitutional order in BiH, as well as international trust. So I don't expect anything special from its session," said Dodik.

He stated that the PIC's meeting in Sarajevo is actually a farce in which the European authorities want to influence the internal relations in BiH, which they do not allow to breathe sovereignly and to have its own capacity.

"They are trying to make a `miracle` out of every little thing and to arrange some relations for us here. And let me mention that the previous high representatives here worked mostly for their own and financial interests, and not for the interests of BiH and its normal functioning," said Dodik.

Dodik pointed out that the politicians from the PIC and others who are coming cannot shape the destiny of BiH and present themselves as zealous supporters of the Muslims in BiH.

"They are constantly lying and messing with us, even though EU bodies such as the Venice Commission said a long time ago that the European path of BiH is incompatible with the existence of a high representative. And they constantly ignore all that. So, let them respect the decisions of their bodies. The European path of BiH is incompatible with the high representative. Let them not ignore it anymore and let them not try to impose their own story on us," said Dodik.

Dodik emphasized that it is good to hear from the new American administration, led by President Donald Trump, that it does not want to build other countries and nations through impositions.

"It gives hope that we could build relations jointly and equally in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This should be praised, as well as the role of Russia, which said long ago that the OHR should be abolished. The OHR has long since become irrelevant as a support office for the high representative. After all, there is no high representative without the consent of the signatory countries of Annex 10 of the Dayton Agreement, even though those in the PIC ignore it in accordance with the old manners of Western colonial administrators," said Dodik.

He specified that in this regard, today's EU and Brussels administration are behaving unreasonably and ignoring the realities in BiH.

"They do not make decisions in accordance with common sense, but impose ideological and other postulates on us. And now they come and say - we are electing a new high representative. How you elect, it is not written anywhere. In Annex 10 of the Dayton Agreement, it is written that he is elected by the signatory countries of that annex, and it is confirmed by the UN Security Council. How will you choose it, what will it look like? Who do you think you are deceiving again, why do you think that we have not learned anything while the false Christian Schmidt is here stayed and violated the laws by unfairly accusing us of such a thing?", asked Dodik.

Republika Srpska, as he stated, has confidence in the new American administration, which "with its common-sense policy, will set things in BiH the way they should be, and that the naive model of unitarization of BiH, abandoned everywhere in the world, will not be established".

Dodik said that the international community in BiH tried to reduce everything to the lowest possible levels of human organization, and they ignored historical and scientific processes, trying to impose something.

"According to them, no one here can do anything other than let unitary BiH be governed by Muslims. They do not understand that today Muslims increasingly represent the dominant groupings in the European Union and the Western world, as warned by American President Trump. By lightly accepting migration flows, they have come to the situation where they now have more than 40 million Muslims in the EU, which can be a serious demographic and security problem, because it can be seen that terrorist attacks in Europe most often come from these structures," said Dodik.
