CVIJANOVIĆ: SDA-SDP AGREEMENT ON PROPERTY ISSUE IRRELEVANT

ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, MARCH 29 /SRNA/ – The Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović has emphasized that it is irrelevant what SDA and SDP agreed on regarding the issue of property.

"In essence, it is irrelevant what SDA and SDP agreed on the property issue, because what they present as a 'solution' is not foreseen either by the Constitution of BiH, the Dayton Peace Accords, or the decision of the BiH Constitutional Court, which they maneuvered through in a manipulative way with the help of the OHR, as nowhere does it state that the 'state is the titular of property'" Cvijanović wrote on the social network X.

Media in the Federation of BiH reported that SDA and SDP BiH have aligned their positions on the property issue, stating that BiH is the sole owner of property and that any other solutions are unacceptable.
