CVIJANOVIĆ IN ANTALYA WITH THE PRESIDENT OF SIERRA LEONE

ANTALYA, APRIL 11 /SRNA/ - Serb member and chairperson of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović met today in Antalya with the President of Sierra Leone Julius Maada Bio, whom she informed about the current constitutional and political crisis in BiH.

"Before the start of the Diplomatic Forum in Antalya, I met with the President of Sierra Leon Julius Maada Bio. This was an opportunity to introduce the President of Sierra Leone, a country that is a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council, to the current constitutional and political crisis in BiH," Cvijanović posted on Instagram.

She found it unacceptable that an unelected foreigner made laws instead of domestic institutions.

"We expect all foreign factors to encourage the internal dialogue of the democratically elected representatives of the people, which is the only way to overcome the current challenges," Cvijanović emphasized.

The Diplomatic Forum begins today in Antalya, in which Cvijanović will participate as well.

The forum will last three days and will gather more than 4,800 participants from more than 140 countries, including 19 heads of state and 64 ministers, including 52 heads of diplomacy.

It is held under the auspices of the President of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and the theme is "The Return of Diplomacy in a Fragmented World".
