ATTEMPT TO ENCROACH UPON BRČKO DISTRICT - FORMAL AND LEGAL END OF BiH

EAST SARAJEVO, APRIL 26 /SRNA/ - The Head of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Sanja Vulić, said that after the brutal political and judicial persecution of the legitimately elected president of Republika Srpska, it is clear that BiH no longer de facto exists, and any attempt to encroach upon Brčko District would be the formal and legal end of BiH.

She emphasized that Brčko District remains what it is – a district, and any attempt at interventionism in this regard would represent the end of BiH as it currently exists.

"These conclusions by the SDA once again demonstrate the party's complete dependence on foreign actors, calling for action from the so-called High Representative – the very one who, through his imposition, removed them from power. There is no better proof of how far they are from true sovereignty, which they constantly talk about," Vulić told SRNA, commenting on the SDA's conclusions demanding that "Brčko District should belong to the FBiH."

Vulić notes that the SDA has never sincerely accepted the Dayton BiH.

"Although they formally took oaths to uphold the Dayton Agreement, at the same time, they denied it within themselves, perceiving BiH solely as a space for their majority dominance and as a means to implement the goals from the 'Islamic Declaration.' Their public call to the Prosecutor's Office is not accidental – it is a continuation of a practice in which they have, for years, publicly and secretly, influenced judicial institutions," emphasized Vulić.

Regarding the Electoral Law, Vulić adds, it is a fact that they have been involved for too long in all working groups for its amendment, without any genuine willingness to reach a solution.

"They benefit from this disorganized system because they achieve their goals through control over the CEC. It's not hard to understand why the SDA today supports all the absurdities of the 'Troika' – their visions are the same – a centralized, unitary, and essentially Islamic BiH," Vulić said.
