ZAKHAROVA: KYIV DELIBERATELY TARGETS CIVILIANS

MOSCOW, JULY 25 /SRNA/RIA Novosti/ – Ukraine is cold-bloodedly and deliberately targeting civilians in the Kirov and Zaporizhzhia regions, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.

"The Kyiv regime continues to deliberately and cold-bloodedly strike Russian civilians, demonstrating its brutal Nazi nature to the entire world," Zakharova said in a statement.

She added that Kyiv, facing military setbacks, is venting its frustrations on civilians.

Zakharova emphasised that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his accomplices must know that they will pay a heavy price for every crime they commit.
