TRUMP: AGREEMENT ON RUSSIAN DIESEL FUEL HAS LOWERED GLOBAL PRICES

WASHINGTON, OCTOBER 13 /SRNA – RIA Novosti/ – An agreement on diesel fuel between the United States and Russia has lowered fuel prices worldwide, US President Donald Trump said.

"This is a deal for the world. It is not a deal for us. It is a way to get a lot of oil out to the world. It brought prices down," Trump told the press.

He added that Russia does not export fuel to the United States but instead supplies it to markets around the world.

Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke by telephone with Trump on Friday. Following the call, the US president said an agreement had been reached on the supply of diesel fuel from Russia.
