SUICIDE ATTACK DEATH TOLL RISES TO 21

ISLAMABAD, SEPTEMBER 18 /SRNA/ – At least 21 people, including 15 police officers, were killed in a terrorist attack near a mosque in the city of Kohat, northwestern Pakistan.

A total of 103 people were injured in the attack, Geo News reported, citing medical personnel.

Earlier reports said that 16 people had been killed and 50 injured in an explosion caused by a suicide bomber near a mosque located within a police complex in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

Security forces killed six attackers in a fire exchange, TASS reported.
