SMALL PLANE CRASHES, KILLLING ALL EIGHT PASSIGERS

ANCHORAGE, AUGUST 21 /SRNA/ - A small plane with eight people on board crashed in a remote area of Alaska and, according to the latest information, there were no survivors, the Alaska Command confirmed.

Clint Johnson, head of the Alaska region of the National Transportation Safety Board, said that there were two pilots and six passengers on board, Reuters reported.

In a social media post, Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy said that the Alaska National Guard was conducting a search-and-rescue operation.

Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski expressed her condolences to the people of Alaska in a social media post.
