MOSCOW, OCTOBER 28 /SRNA - RIA Novosti/ - Moscow and its partner countries should redouble their efforts to prevent the spread of weapons and drone technology from Ukraine, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.
He noted that Kyiv boasts of its ability to develop drone technology.
"And now, in the context of Western weapons spreading to many countries, including weapons from Ukraine, and with risks in the terrorist sphere rising again, partly as a result of spillover, I think we should redouble our efforts with the relevant countries to put a stop to this," Ryabkov told reporters on the sidelines of the Russia-Africa Forum.
He added that Moscow has sent "appropriate political signals" to its partners.
The third Russia-Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum and Summit opened in Moscow today and ends tomorrow, RIA Novosti noted.
