PAKISTANI AIR STRIKES KILL AT LEAST NINE

ISLAMABAD, OCTOBER 1 /SRNA-RIA Novosti/ - Pakistan's armed forces carried out air strikes in eastern and southern Afghanistan, killing at least nine people, Afghan government spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said.

"Pakistani aircraft bombed civilian homes in Chugam, Shultan district of Kunar province, and Safar, Garmser district of Helmand province. So far, the deaths of nine Afghan civilians, including women and children, have been confirmed, while 11 others were injured", Mujahid wrote on X.

He described the strikes as an act of aggression and a crime that violated all accepted principles.
