NOVAK: KYIV ATTACKED TWO RUSSIAN OIL REFINERIES

MOSCOW, OCTOBER 14 /SRNA-RIA Novosti/ – Ukraine attacked two Russian oil refineries today and is showing no signs of moving towards an energy truce, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said.

"We see that the Ukrainian side is making no moves whatsoever towards an energy truce," Novak told the press.

He specified that the oil refineries in Russia’s Saratov and Ryazan regions had been attacked.
