MOSCOW, AUGUST 13 /SRNA - RIA Novosti/ - Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova has published a list of 273 Ukrainian soldiers, most of whom have been held in Russia since 2022, and announced that Moscow is ready to hand them over to Ukraine during upcoming exchanges.
"We are publishing a list of another 273 Ukrainian soldiers whom we are ready to hand over during the next stages of the exchange so that they can return to their families and friends as soon as possible. Most of these soldiers have been in Russia since 2022," Lantratova posted on the MAX platform.
She had previously accused the Kyiv authorities of not wanting to return their soldiers from Russian captivity, but rather of using them for publicity purposes.
