KYIV TARGETS ITS OWN INFRASTRUCTURE TO BLAME RUSSIA

MOSCOW, OCTOBER 16 /SRNA-RIA Novosti/ – Kyiv likes to target its own infrastructure to smear Russia and solicit Western assistance, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.

She said one of the Kyiv regime's favorite dirty tricks was to carry out attacks, including against Ukrainian civilians and civilian infrastructure, and then blame Russia for them.

"The goal is clear: to discredit our country once again and then plead with the West for additional weapons and money," Zakharova said.
