IRANIAN FORCES LAUNCH ATTACKS ON KUWAIT AND BAHRAIN

TEHRAN, JUNE 28 /SRNA–RIA Novosti/ – The naval and air forces of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps have launched attacks on targets in Kuwait and Bahrain in response to U.S. strikes, the Iranian news agency Tasnim reported.

The Revolutionary Guard said that U.S. forces had attacked five Iranian coastal military positions.

Iranian forces warned that U.S. bases in the Middle East would face "hell" in the coming days.

"The confrontation with U.S. bases in the region is a separate matter. In the coming days, they will face hell," Press TV quoted the commander of the Iranian Navy as saying.

He added that the operations against U.S. forces would also serve as a reminder to other vessels in the Strait of Hormuz, where navigation remains open and unrestricted.
