IDF: SENIOR HAMAS COMMANDER ELIMINATED

TEL AVIV, MAY 27 /SRNA - RIA Novosti/ - The Israel Defense Forces /IDF/ confirmed that an Israeli strike on the Gaza Strip killed a high-ranking Hamas commander, Muhammed Odeh, who was involved in planning an attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.

The IDF statement said that Odeh was killed two weeks after his predecessor, Izz al-Din al-Haddad, was eliminated.

According to the IDF, Odeh was one of the commanders who planned and coordinated the October 7 massacre.

The IDF confirmed on May 16 that Haddad had been killed.
