TEHRAN, JULY 18 /SRNA–RIA Novosti/ – Iran has stopped fulfilling its obligations under the memorandum of understanding aimed at ending the conflict with the United States, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Garibabadi said.

"We have stopped fulfilling our obligations and are currently not implementing them because we are focused on national defense issues," said Garibabadi, who also heads Iran's negotiating team in talks with the United States.

He added that Tehran sees no point in adhering to the agreement if the other side is not implementing it.
