CUBA WANTS FULL MEMBERSHIP IN BRICS

NEW DELHI, SEPTEMBER 14 /SRNA - RIA Novosti/ - Cuba wants to become a full member of BRICS, Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez said.

"We are ready, based on our modest experience, to contribute to strengthening this increasingly important group, of which we want to be a member," Rodriguez said on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit in New Delhi.

He stressed that BRICS plays a key role in preventing the spread of unilateral punitive measures.
