AT LEAST 506 DIED FROM EBOLA

KINSHASA, JULY 6 /SRNA - RIA Novosti/ - The number of deaths from Ebola in Congo has risen to 506, the Congo News Agency reported, citing a report by the Congolese government.

The report states that a total of 1,561 cases of Ebola have been registered so far, and 253 people have recovered.

According to official data, 628 people have been hospitalized so far.

The estimated mortality rate is 32.4 percent.
