AT LEAST 447 PEOPLE HAVE DIED

KINSHASA, JULY 3 /SRNA - RIA Novosti/ - At least 447 people have died from Ebola in Congo, the Congolese Ministry of Communications and Media said.

The statement said that 1,460 cases of Ebola have been confirmed in Congo so far.

The World Health Organization has declared the Ebola outbreak in Congo and Uganda a public health emergency that poses a risk to other countries.
