ZVIZDIĆ'S REQUEST REVEALS FEAR OF THOSE TARGETING SRPSKA

BANJA LUKA, MAY 26 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska National Assembly Speaker Nenad Stevandić assessed that the request submitted to the BiH Constitutional Court by Denis Zvizdić, first deputy speaker of the BiH House of Representatives, regarding the distribution of Republika Srpska budget funds - demonstrates the fear and guilt of all those who attempted to challenge and undermine Republika Srpska.

"Zvizdić believes that the money we use for lobbying is intended for the secession of Republika Srpska. He is trying to present his imagination as a legal process before the BiH Constitutional Court, and this kind of policy has lost its compass. While they fantasize, we will continue to work concretely," Stevandić told reporters in Banja Luka.

Stevandić pointed out that the adoption of the budget is a constitutional category and that the intended use of budget funds has been clearly defined.

The Republika Srpska National Assembly Committee on Constitutional Affairs concluded today that the request submitted by Zvizdić to the BiH Constitutional Court regarding the allocation of Republika Srpska budget funds is unfounded and inadmissible, and that the court has no jurisdiction to rule on the matter.
