VUČIĆ PROMISES AID TO RESIDENTS OF NOVO SELO

KUPRES, AUGUST 3 /SRNA/ - Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić promised assistance with the water supply system to residents of Novo Selo near the municipality of Kupres, Republika Srpska.

The residents said that around two million euros was needed for the project, and Vučić pledged to provide around 60 percent of the funds, while advising them to seek assistance from Republika Srpska for the remainder.

The residents also requested assistance with the construction of a dairy.

Vučić and President Milorad Dodik paid tribute to those killed and missing and laid flowers at the monument to the victims of Ustasha terror.

During the visit, Vučić was presented with a gusle instrument and books documenting the suffering of the Serb people in this area.
