BANJA LUKA, OCTOBER 1 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Minister of Finance Zora Vidović stated that the first tranche of the adopted Growth Plan amounts to seven percent of 900 million euros for BiH, clarifying that half of that sum will go into the budget and the other half into projects.

"In Republika Srpska we will agree on which projects those will be," Vidović told reporters in Banja Luka.

President of the Chamber of Commerce of Srpska Goran Račić said that the exact allocation of funds between the budget and projects has not yet been specified, expressing the expectation that priority will be given to development projects, especially in the field of infrastructure.

He added that the Growth Plan covers the period 2024-2027 and envisages six billion euros available to BiH.

"Out of this, two billion euros are grant funds and four billion are favorable loans. Through the Growth Plan, BiH should work on strengthening its capacities toward EU integration and regional integration within the Western Balkans in order to advance infrastructure and other projects," Račić said.

The Council of Ministers yesterday adopted the Reform Agenda and a list of reforms.

At an extraordinary telephone session, the Council adopted information on activities based on its earlier conclusions related to the harmonization of the reform agenda and reform list.
