TRUMP JR.: DEMOCRACY IS OFTEN USED HERE AS WEAPON TO CREATE PROBLEMS

BANJA LUKA, APRIL 7 /SRNA/ – The son of the US president, Donald Trump Jr., emphasized at a panel discussion in Banja Luka that in this region and in other parts of the world democracy is often used as a weapon to create problems.

"As you can see here and in other parts of the world, democracy is not always what it is assumed to be. It is often used as a weapon to create problems, both for us and for others," Trump Jr. said during his address.

At the beginning of the panel discussion, Trump Jr. commented on global developments and artificial intelligence technologies.

"We see that so much is happening with the help of artificial intelligence technology, as well as cryptocurrencies, which is something that the Donald Trump organisation very gladly embraces," Trump Jr. said.

Commenting on cryptocurrencies, Trump Jr. said that the United States did not enter the crypto system not because it lacked sufficiently developed technology, but because it had no choice, RTRS reports.

The panel discussion at Banski Dvor, which lasted one hour, was attended by Republika Srpska National Assembly Speaker Nenad Stevandić, Prime Minister Savo Minić, Serb BiH Presidency member Željka Cvijanović, and SNSD leader Milorad Dodik.

Also present were Acting Director of the International Cooperation Office Ana Trišić-Babić, Council of Ministers Deputy Chair Staša Košarac, as well as guests from public and social life.

At the panel discussion, Trump Jr. spoke with Danijela Matović, a financial adviser and investment expert.
