BANJA LUKA, JULY 3 /SRNA/ – Nenad Stevandić, the Republika Srpska National Assembly speaker, commenting on the adoption of the Declaration rejecting the initiatives of the UK Government and certain European governments to establish migrant centres in BiH and opposing any forced resettlement of migrants in Srpska, says that serious states know what lies ahead, and that Srpska acted very wisely and preventively.
Stevandić reminded that the Government of Poland had adopted decisions to suspend the Schengen agreement at its borders with Germany and Lithuania due to refugees from Ukraine and the Middle East.
“We, who are not part of the EU and who are on the frontline where various refugees arrive, must not become a car park for those who are the most problematic and have criminal records to be sent back here,” Stevandić said at a press conference in the Srpska National Assembly.
