STEVANDIĆ: BANJA LUKA - CENTER FOR GATHERING SOVEREIGN PEOPLE, GUARDIANS OF DEMOCRATIC VALUES

BANJA LUKA, APRIL 26 /SRNA/ - Speaker of the Republika Srpska National Assembly Nenad Stevandić said that Banja Luka is becoming a center where sovereign and free people gather, and a place where free thought exists and democratic values are preserved.

"We want it to be a sovereigntist establishment, not a neoliberal dictatorship. It is an honor for us to be on the European continent in a place where free thought exists and democratic values are preserved," Stevandić told reporters before the start of the International Forum "Resurrection - 2025: Peace, Stability, and Christian Values in Modern Europe and the Balkans."

He pointed out that, on the other hand, Christian Schmidt is trying to destroy democracy.

"Schmidt acts like someone from the Middle Ages. He is trying to destroy democracy and the family," emphasized Stevandić.

The International Forum "Resurrection – 2025: Peace, Stability, and Christian Values in Modern Europe and the Balkans," organized by the Balkan Society of Nations, has begun in Banja Luka.

The goal of the Forum, held under the auspices of the President of Republika Srpska, is to promote international support for the legitimate aspirations of Republika Srpska and its struggle to preserve the principles of justice and legality.
