SRPSKA SUCCESSFULLY BUILDING PARTNERSHIP WITH AMERICA

BELGRADE, SEPTEMBER 22 /SRNA/ - Analyst Dragomir Anđelković assesses that Republika Srpska, in the fight to protect Serbs' national interests, achieved great strides towards building a partnership with part of the US administration, singling out the meeting of the Serb BiH Presidency member Željka Cvijanović with Susie Wiles, the Chief of Staff of US President Donald Trump, as very significant.

Anđelković noted that the old Euro-Atlantic forces, which still lead European countries and represent the mainstream of European politics, are deeply anti-Serb and do not give up on the BiH centralisation concept and complete geopolitical and ideological occupation of Serb space.

"In order to oppose this, we must look for partners not only in Moscow and Beijing, among the forces that are opposed to the Euro-Atlantic forces, but also in America, which in many ways broke away from that kind of anti-sovereign and anti-national Euro-Atlantic theory," Anđelković told SRNA.

He pointed out that this is why it is very important to deepen the contacts of Republika Srpska, so the Cvijanović - Wiles meeting is in line with that.

Anđelković pointed out that the battle for sovereignty and the protection of Serbs' national interests continues, while Republika Srpska has so far made significant strides towards building a partnership with part of the US administration.

According to him, the meeting Cvijanović had is not only a step in that direction, but also a marking of the policy that will continue after the elections.

Serb BiH Presidency member Željka Cvijanović met yesterday in the White House with Susie Wiles, the head of the Office and the closest associate of Donald Trump.

"We talked about topics important for Republika Srpska, but also generally about the situation within BiH, within our region. We are definitely strengthening some old friendships, opening some new doors, building new friendships," Cvijanović said after the meeting.
