SKI SEASON BEGINS TOMORROW WITH FREE SKIING

JAHORINA, DECEMBER 1 /SRNA/ – The ski season on Jahorina begins tomorrow with free skiing for all visitors, Jahorina Olympic Center announced.

Tomorrow, from 9:00 to 16:00, the Poljice gondola, slopes 1 and 1B, as well as the Poljice children's ski area, will be in operation.

The Jahorina Olympic Center confirmed that all technical and operational preparations have been completed and that they are fully ready to enter the new ski season.

"The snow that fell in recent days has created a 30 centimeter snow cover, while the artificial snowmaking system has been operating continuously whenever weather conditions allowed," the announcement states.

Thanks to the optimal combination of natural and artificial snow, the ski resort has a solid base for an early season start.

Tomorrow, the Olympic Center will also organize a promotional ski stand in Sarajevo, where visitors will be able to purchase ski passes at the most favorable prices of the season throughout the day.

The offer is limited and available only tomorrow in Sarajevo, at a price of BAM 1,500 for a season pass that includes night skiing, BAM 975 for a season pass /valid on weekdays and night skiing/, and BAM 520 for the "10 out of the season" ski pass.

After the free first day of skiing, visitors will be able to buy daily ski passes at a 50 percent discount in the following days.

The Jahorina Olympic Center invites all winter and skiing enthusiasts to take advantage of the early opening of the ski resort, the most favorable ski-pass prices, and to spend the first days of December on the slopes.
