BANJA LUKA, APRIL 13 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik says that Serbs are a large community and can be an important political factor in Austria.
"All those who have the right to vote there should be united and in that way help affirm Serbian national, political and cultural goals, not only in Austria but also here in the Balkans," Dodik said today in Banja Luka after a meeting with a delegation of businessmen and Serbs active in Serbian associations from Austria, and a delegation from Serbia.
He thanked the Serbia’s Ambassador to Austria, Marko Blagojević, for successfully working on the realization of these goals, as well as the head of the Republika Srpska Representative Office in Vienna, Mladen Filipović, who made the Representative Office recognizable and achieved important successes in terms of bringing people from the region together.
Dodik said that Serbs would know how to support political structures in Austria.
"This will be increasingly recognizable in the future and there will be no exceptions when it comes to the massive support of Serbs for political options that prioritize cooperation with our community in Austria, but also cooperation between our states of Republika Srpska and Serbia with Austria," Dodik said.
