RAJILIĆ: COURT OF BiH ACTS POLITICALLY, NOT LEGALLY

BANJA LUKA, JANUARY 7 /SRNA/ – President of the Association of Women War Victims of Republika Srpska Božica Živković Rajilić stated that the Court of BiH acts politically rather than legally, which, she said, is evidenced by the confirmation of the indictment against General of the Army of Republika Srpska Radislav Krstić /77/.

“Once again, the bias of the Court of BiH has been demonstrated. They have nothing better to do than to confirm an indictment against Krstić, who is already in prison, on Orthodox Christmas,” Rajilić told SRNA.

She stressed that the verdict against Krstić was passed under questionable circumstances and enormous pressure.

Earlier today, on Orthodox Christmas, the Court of BiH confirmed the indictment against Krstić, charging him, in his capacity as commander of the Second Romanija Motorized Brigade, with an attack on the predominantly Bosniak village of Novoseoci near Sokolac.
