FOČA, JULY 17 /SRNA/ - The textile production facility of Grafo Balkan, located in the Livade Industrial Zone in Foča, exports 30 percent of its products, while the company's logo has gained recognition as one of the official sponsors of the ABA League, facility manager Nikola Petrović has stated today.

Petrović said the company manufactures sportswear, personal protective equipment and ski gear, and currently employs 60 workers.

"Seventy percent of our products are sold on the domestic market, while 30 percent are exported. Our logo is well recognized, particularly in basketball," Petrović told reporters after the facility was visited by Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić.

He noted that Grafo Balkan was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Banja Luka, while its Foča operation has been in business for four years.

Foča Mayor Milan Vukadinović said Grafo Balkan was an example of a successful business in the real sector and that both the local government and the Republika Srpska Government could continue investing in the business zone.

"This is the former military barracks complex in the suburban settlement of Livade, and we are committed to improving the infrastructure there, primarily by paving roads, installing street lighting and providing everything these businesses need. At the same time, we hope they will continue to grow through their hard work and create even more jobs for our fellow citizens," Vukadinović said, thanking Prime Minister Minić for the visit.
