BANJA LUKA, JULY 29 /SRNA/ - The Republika Srpska News Agency - SRNA, a company that until now operated as a joint-stock company, has changed its legal form and will henceforth operate as a limited liability company under the name Media System of Republika Srpska - SRNA, Acting Director General Tatjana Parađina said.
Parađina stressed that the decision was part of SRNA's strategic vision for development and modernisation, which was supported by the Government of Republika Srpska.
"The change to an LLC gives us greater flexibility in making operational decisions, a more efficient organisational structure and better resource management, which is necessary to achieve our goals in the coming period, and most importantly, to expand our activities," Parađina said.
She explained that the main motivation for this transformation was the planned expansion of the range of activities and the opening of new market opportunities, thereby creating the basis for even stronger investment in modern technologies and human resources. This will enable SRNA to raise the level of services it provides to business partners and associates.
"The change in legal status, as well as the change in the media company's name, will not affect the existing contracts, obligations or the cooperation we have with you. The quality and diversity of our services will be even better, more diverse and more comprehensive," she said.
She stressed that all of this was the result of the vision of all SRNA employees, and especially the support of the institutions of Republika Srpska, to enable SRNA to grow and develop.
In addition, thanks to the initiative of President Milorad Dodik, the support of Prime Minister Savo Minić and the Government of Republika Srpska, SRNA's official headquarters will soon be located in Pale, the place where it was founded.
"On this occasion, we would like to express our gratitude for the continued support of the institutions of Republika Srpska, especially the Government, Prime Minister Minić and President Dodik, as well as for the trust placed in us over the years by the many users of our service. We look forward to continuing our cooperation and promise many new and high-quality projects in the next phase of development of your and our SRNA," Parađina said.
