MINIĆ: WE WILL ALWAYS CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS AND BIRTHDAY OF SRPSKA

BANJA LUKA, JANUARY 12 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić stated today that Serbs will always celebrate Christmas, as the Serb soldier has always done, as well as the birthday of Srpska.

"The Serb soldier, regardless of the conditions he was in, always celebrated his patron saint's day and Christmas. Christmas among Orthodox Christians inspires admiration and tradition," Minić told reporters at the Kozara Barracks in Banja Luka, where he attended the Christmas reception.

The Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to the Deputy Minister of Defense in the Council of Ministers, Aleksandar Goganović, and to the command of the Third Infantry Regiment /Republika Srpska/ for the traditional organization of this reception.

The Christmas reception was organized by the Deputy Minister of Defense in the Council of Ministers Aleksandar Goganović and the Office of Orthodox Spiritual Care within the Ministry of Defense in the Council of Ministers.

The reception was attended by the Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović, Acting President of Republika Srpska Ana Trišić-Babić, Prime Minister Savo Minić, and SNSD President Milorad Dodik, as well as the host of the reception Aleksandar Goganović.
