MINIĆ: OUR TRICOLOUR FLIES PROUDLY TODAY

BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 15 /SRNA/ - President of the Government of Republika Srpska Savo Minić wished for the Serbian tricolour to fly proudly today as a symbol of freedom that was dearly won.

"May our tricolour fly proudly today, as a symbol of the freedom we paid dearly for, the unity we preserve and the future we are building. Long live Serbian unity! Long live freedom!" Minić wrote on X.

Serbian Unity, Freedom and National Flag Day is celebrated today, September 15, in Republika Srpska and Serbia. It was established to honour the unity of the Serb people and national symbols, as well as to commemorate the breakthrough of the Salonica Front.

It was established in 2020 with the aim of strengthening the unity of the Serb people in Serbia and Republika Srpska, as well as strengthening the cult of the national flag.
