BANJA LUKA, DECEMBER 5 /SRNA/ – Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Savo Minić described as scandalous the fact that representatives from the Federation of BiH /FBiH/ are obstructing the opening of the new border crossing in Gradiška, saying it demonstrates the dysfunctionality of BiH.
Minić stated that it is unbelievable that an individual from FBiH refuses to support such an important matter for trivial reasons.
"When I travel to Serbia via Croatia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs /in the Council of Ministers/ refuses to send the necessary notification to the border service. You can imagine what it would be like if we actually needed their help for something. And then someone gets upset about our attitude toward this. This is simply our human reaction," Minić told reporters in Banjaluka.
Zijad Krnjić, a member of the Management Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH, has twice voted against amendments to the Rulebook on Internal Organization, which is a prerequisite for opening the Gradiška crossing.
