MINIĆ: INSTITUTIONS AT SERVICE OF ECONOMY, MOTORWAYS IMPORTANT FACTOR

LAKTAŠI, SEPTEMBER 26 /SRNA/ - Prime Minister of the Republika Srpska Savo Minić said that the institutions will strongly support investors and will be at their service, and that the new motorway sections open the door for that process.

"This is one of the largest investments in the real sector. The products will be exported from Republika Srpska. That speaks volumes about the importance of the investment," Minić said in Laktaši after the opening ceremony of the foundry owned by the Italian company PMP.

He pointed out that the institutions of Republika Srpska, will support other investors, as was the case with the foundry.

"This kind of production facility will be an invitation to other investors as well. We also see the importance of the motorway and that will encourage us to build new shares," Minić emphasized.

He added that this refers to the section from Modriča to Brčko and Bijeljina, because it is an important factor for attracting foreign investments.

The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and the owner and director of the Italian company PMP Luigino Pozzo solemnly opened the foundry in the Aleksandrovac business zone in Laktaši, the most modern in Europe.

This investment is worth 35 million euros and will operate within the Italian PMP group. In the first phase, it intends to employ 100 workers, and 300 when it is at full capacity.

The entire facility, when completed, could reach investments of 100 million euros.
