MINIĆ: FUNDS FROM GROWTH PLAN MOSTLY CREDIT AND CONDITIONAL

BANJA LUKA, AUGUST 18 /SRNA/ - Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Savo Minić said that more than 70 percent of the funds from the Growth Plan are loans and that EU sets conditions on which project it can be spent.

However, according to Minić, Republika Srpska did not want to be the brakeman and to have someone say that they did not get a billion because the politicians did something bad.

"When you see that billion, its structure, obligations and how you have to spend that funds, you realize that all in all, the announcement was a colorful one, but in reality, it is absolutely not the case," Minić told reporters in Banja Luka.
