MASTILOVIĆ AND IGNJATOVIĆ JOIN GLOBAL YOUTH SUMMIT DELEGATIONS' MEETING IN KAZAN

KAZAN, AUGUST 29 /SRNA/ — Republika Srpska Minister for Scientific and Technological Development and Higher Education Draga Mastilović said at a meeting of delegations from countries participating in the Global Youth Summit in Kazan that he was satisfied with the cooperation with the Russian Federation in science and higher education so far, and outlined planned areas for future cooperation.

Mastilović, who addressed the meeting on behalf of the Republika Srpska delegation, thanked the hosts for inviting the entity to participate in the major international event.

The meeting was also attended by Republika Srpska Minister of Family, Youth and Sports Irena Ignjatović, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister of Science and Higher Education Valery Falkov.

Minnikhanov thanked the Republika Srpska delegation for participating in the Summit and expressed readiness to further develop cooperation between Tatarstan and Republika Srpska.

The Summit brought together more than 800 participants from around 80 countries, including ministers, diplomats, youth organization leaders, representatives of international organizations and experts in education, science, culture and media.

The Summit is organized by the Government of Tatarstan, the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education, Kazan Federal University and the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum.
