KALABUKHOV VISITED ROGATICA AND DONATED COMPUTER EQUIPMENT TO AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

ROGATICA, August 18 /SRNA/ - The Ambassador of the Russian Federation to BiH Igor Kalabukhov donated computer equipment and textbooks to the "Sveti Sava" Elementary School in Rogatica, emphasizing that he saw a combination of history and the future in this local community.

"Today I saw a combination of history and the future, the glorious history of Rogatica, with the future lying in the young generations," Kalabukhov stated during his visit to the municipality of Rogatica, stressing that it was a pleasure for the Embassy to be able to help someone.

During his visit to the "Sveti Sava" Elementary School, he expressed his satisfaction that the students of this school have the opportunity to learn the Russian language.

"It is a great pleasure for us to be able to assist to some extent," Kalabukhov said.

During his visit to the municipality of Rogatica on the occasion of tomorrow's municipal patron saint day and Municipality Day, the Transfiguration of the Lord, Kalabukhov also met with the Mayor of the Municipality Ninoslav Prelić.

Prelić expressed his gratitude for the gifts received from the Embassy of the Russian Federation, which will support the work of both students and teachers.

"Through cooperation with the Embassy of the Russian Federation, we organized the promotion of Russian films and other events, and I am confident that our cooperation will be even stronger in the coming period," Prelić said
