DODIK: SNSD ENTERS ELECTION CAMPAIGN CONFIDENT, VICTORY WILL BE OURS

BANJA LUKA, JUNE 17 /SRNA/ – SNSD leader Milorad Dodik has stated in Banja Luka today that the party is actively preparing for the upcoming elections and is confident of victory.

"There is no nervousness within SNSD, unlike among others. Candidate registration is scheduled from June 24 to July 6, and it is already known who our individual candidates are. We have regulated relations with our coalition partners, and SNSD candidates will receive their support"", Dodik said at a press conference.

He said that while the opposition talks about election percentages, SNSD approaches politics as a contest of ideas and support rather than political elimination.

"They have accused me of destroying political parties. I never wanted to destroy the SDS. We do not concern ourselves with them because they are so focused on us that they are unable to resolve their own internal problems", Dodik added.

He added that SNSD has no intention of commenting on which opposition candidates might be acceptable rivals.

"SNSD will win the elections. The people support SNSD, its candidates and our list. We are also working internationally and maintaining important contacts abroad", Dodik said.
